Very efficient delivery service out of hours as requested by me as a matter of urgency. Just ordered another for my guest room last week, again communicated very well and delivered efficiently. Only this time on arrival the couriers were worried they may have marked my headboard in transit, with the little doubt they had, took it upon themselves to manufacture a new headboard and returned the following day, in addition to throwing some free pillows in. I wouldn't have known any different but it is evident they pride themselves on quality. Very impressed so gone out my way to leave a review. I ordered my bed on Tuesday at 1 o’clock, asked for the guys to add a extra design to the bed. I got a call on Wednesday to say my bed was made and will be coming today Thursday. Came at lunch time, delivered to scotland. Service was spot on and would use them again in a heart beat. Love the bed it’s stunning. Thanks again guys great service and price of bed was amazing

I bought superking 5500 mattress with a gel top, and it was delivered on Saturday early morning. I slept on it last night, the mattress is very comfortable. I can't wait to go to bed tonight. Even my back which was aching, today I am feeling much. I would recommend anyone to buy a bed from Bed Arena. Keep up the good work guys. Your beds are second to none.
