Deliveries and Assembly

We aim to deliver your Bed and/or mattress as soon as it is ready. We use a network of independent couriers who specialise in bed and mattress deliveries. They often have different routes throughout the country and will deliver to certain areas on certain days of the week. We will communicate to you when your purchase is ready for delivery and let you know when we will be able to get it to you, liaising with the courier company, who will contact you the day before to confirm an approximate time. 

Whilst we will do our best to accommodate any delivery requirements and dates, we cannot guarantee that these requests or requirements will be met. Special requirements and any delivery restrictions should be stated when you place your order. In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, Bed Arena will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses.

Please note that drivers can only deliver to your property's front door unless you have selected the assembly option. Please measure the access carefully and correctly, as delivery failure due to product size will result in the courier charging for re-delivery and you may incur charges for splitting the headboard in two parts (not possible with every product). Please do get in touch if you have any worries about the above.

Delivery slots are only approximate, and due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions and bad traffic, drivers can run late so please understand this is something beyond our control. We will of course, do our best to communicate any delays and keep you updated on the day.

We cannot take liability for any loss, economic loss of profit, or otherwise, resulting directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.

Please check the packaging of the product upon arrival to make sure no damage has occurred during transit. If you have any concerns, please do speak to the driver or get in contact with the office immediately. Once signed for, we cannot take responsibility for any damage when moving the product around the house so please be careful!

There are some postcodes that we may not be able to deliver to due to couriers not operating in those areas (offshore islands and remote places). If you have any doubts, please contact us to discuss this and we will see if we can find a solution!

If you are unable to accept the delivery, please inform us within 1 hour of the dispatch notification being sent to you. If you are unable to receive the delivery on the day without informing us beforehand, there will be a charge of £60 for re-delivery to your address.


The fitting service offered by our independent couriers includes taking the bed to a room of your choice and assembling the bed. This does not include dismantling any of your current beds, taking away old beds or mattresses, or the packaging of the new bed.

Please ensure access to the room of choice is clear and free from obstacles for when the delivery arrives.
