We understand that you are probably feeling worried about the current stress caused by the COVID-19 situation.

At Bed Arena we are always devoted to enhancing your relaxation and providing a place to unwind from the worries of everyday life, for this reason, we are working hard to keep our community and business practices safe for all.

At the start of the week, we reduced the working hours of our staff to avoid the spread of the Covid-19 virus amongst our factories and introduced smart working for our office staff.

As an e-commerce site, we are still able to supply our beloved beds and mattress to our customers as orders are still able to be placed.

The current social-distancing guidelines mean that we’re making changes to our delivery service. We are still delivering, but only where it is urgent and critical. Our delivery team can no longer enter your home, assemble your product, or take away any old items. We can only deliver to your doorstep.

The following measures have been put into place:

• Signatures will not be required, we will take a photo of the parcel at your address.
• Self-isolating customers will receive a doorstep delivery, you will be contacted before the delivery takes place
• Doorstep delivery will be available for those who also prefer this service as a precaution
• Deferral of delivery to a future date is also available.
• All team members are abiding by strict hygiene standards.
